The Client Central Services department is based at our Regent Road Terminal in Liverpool and integrates all weighbridge and administration from across our 8 terminals.
Clients have instant access to essential weighbridge documentation and current stock levels for each tank. Customers have a secure log-in and can access their data 24/7, 365 days a year via a desktop, tablet or mobile device.
Central to the new service, headed up by Client Central Services Manager Lynn McCoy, is a dedicated Client Portal giving our customers access to the information that is important to them when they need it. The Portal recognises that individual business needs constantly change and evolve.
