Our Sustainability Strategy
At UM Group, we are dedicated to integrating sustainability into every facet of our business. Under the guidance of our dedicated ESG Committee, sustainability is not just a goal; it’s embedded in our governance structure.
The ESG Committee, comprised of a Director and representatives from many different departments, is responsible for identifying relevant ESG matters for the Group, setting appropriate targets and KPIs, developing ESG policies and making suggestions to the Board regarding the Group’s ESG strategy.
We uphold high standards of integrity through our robust anti-corruption and whistleblowing policies, ensuring accountability, transparency and trust in all our dealings.
Transparency is our cornerstone. Regular assessments of our ESG performance are incorporated into our overall governance structure and channelled through the ESG Committee. This ensures that our sustainability efforts remain intrinsic to our company’s purpose and vision, driving us towards a future where responsible business practices redefine industry standards.
